After received my RFE still waiting for update more then 70 Days
I submited my RFE and USCIS get response on july 17 and 18 July 2023 Being actively reviewed 70 Days still review what do you think the next step i am waiting more then two mounth

@Beysani Hassan Our case are at Dallas Field Office. We submitted RFE 3/16, only got response that it was received on 9/12. They are only now actively reviewing our case again. It can be weeks to months. It's very uncertain. Good luck.
