EAD approved but no update on portal
Hi yall!
My EAD approved 9/15, I can see the approval letter on document tab.
But no update on online portal, still shows “your case is being actively reviewed by USCIS”. Also, I haven’t received any mails.
Has anyone had the same happened?

the online portal will update when your card is produced. No worries. The approval in your documents is legit. you’ll have your card in 14 days.

mine took one week to change Card produced, and another week to receive the card

same here 9/15 got the approval saw on documents.. then the letter in the mail on 9/21..

same to my sibling, approved on 09/17 and received the letter in the mail on 09/25. No news on the card and case has not been updated since submitting the application

update-jus got noticed today 9/27 card was produced..
