same here. has been 6 months still waiting.i contacted with congressman about my case.they said they will contact with uscis on my behalf to get an update on the case.try to contact your congressman.

@Mr uscis blog , in most cases, expect interview or decision, 2 to 8 months from the date they received, but sometimes its depends on your Case.

it’s very strange! Some people getting medical rfe within 6weeks from the vawa approval & they are also getting decisions within 6weeks after receiving medical but some are receiving rfe 6-8 months later also they are waiting another 6-8 after medical received!

@tired from waiting i googled what district i am living in and who is the congressman for that district.found the phone number,called the office and explained my situation.

can I have my lawyer call the congressman or do I have to do it myself?
