L2S visa concurrent filing but RFE on 765
hi y’all.
I just got an RFE on my i765. however I am a L2S holder an have been from the beginning.
has anyone else experienced that?
we filed concurrent last year November/December.
our i140 has been approved. our i485 has been transferred to NBC June 26 (we haven’t heard anything about biometrics and such yet)
we’re ROW.
so for this part it’s just a waiting game which is okay I guess.
what to expect after i140 approved
could anyone tell me what is the next step after i140 approval? this is for EB3 unskilled.
it was approved 3 months ago and i thought it was time for i485 to be submitted. but my lawyer said that he was still waiting for the approval notice to start the next process. i am so confused. the uscis status said clearly 3 months ago that it was approved and notice sent…
anyone has experience about this matter?

receipt notice
it’s been 4 and a half months since I sent the vawa case. I haven’t received any receipt notice. when I check the USPS tracking number it says it was delivered to the PO Box on April 17th. what do you think I should do. my lawyer says if we don’t receive a receipt notice in 5 months in total we should send the documents again. what do you think I should do ?
