question about i130
can i upload an updated i130 to unsolicited evidence as others, i realized that my lawyer made a few mistakes, im gonna upload it as UPDATEDI130.pdf so the officer can know that’s the form i want them to work with. please need answers!

same here ! My lawyer didn't send any evidence, just my medical exam! But I saw many cases where they sent all the evidence together at the beginning! I want to upload a unsolicited evidence but idont know my lawyer said just wait … so idont know

@monica r why would you let a lawyer have a say on your case, don’t waste time send that evidence!!!! my lawyer said the same thing & i said NO i want the evidence at first, you paying your hard worked money, it’s not a favor.

In my opinion, the lawyer has more experience and knowledge in these matters.

@ana craig I filed without a lawyer, and every time I get a piece of new evidence I uploaded it to the unsolicited evidence, I was approved in 7months and no interview, some of these lawyers are worst than scammers, all they care about is your hard earned thousands of dollars, which for your case to be denied so you can cough up a fresh set of dollars to re open the case.
