The explanation for that goes to the dates for filing. If dates for filing is 2023 “maybe” some of those filers might have a PD before the final action dates so that is one reason for the slow process and of course the dates for filing are normally beyond the final action dates to collect more fees lol😂

@sum eb2niw the reason is the huge and crazy amount of applications!!!! I am worried that with just 2022-applications there will be few spots for the rest of 2023

I think A LOT of people applied before the cut off date in December 2022. My PD is March 2023 so I’m not sure I’ll get an interview date this fiscal year 😭

Sep, October and November visa bulletins are consistent with just one week of movement. I am wondering if this is the new pattern now? That will make Eb2 just like eb3. its pretty disappointing

the reason is clear; passing the border illegally is okey and they have 5 years work permit; but educated people need to suffer. Very interesting.

i totally agree, they are in favor with those people crossing the border but they do not care about people who worked hard to meet the requirements to legally enter the united, paying taxes for years and yet here we are, praying for the PD become current, and then we experienced retrogression that breaks the heartsnof many whose patiently waiting😔
