Anyone knows L1A renewal timelines ? pls share & help !
Hi everyone , my L1A visa expires in May 2024.
My company plans on starting the renewals process in Oct / Nov of this year ( ~ 6 months prior to expiry ). They said 6 months is sufficient advance timing but I wanted to check here if anyone has recent actual experience on time taking for renewal. I also plan to go to India in Dec for a month so hopefully that doesn’t complicate things as well ! ( not too worried about AP cause my visa is multiple entry )

VAWA ADDRESS CHANGE
Hey guys! an someone help me please to clarify, I have moved to a different city and sent the paper letter by mail to uscis with my new address on July, 30, 2023 and it says delivered but now they approved my second EAD (I already have my not expired C09 Ead so i am not sure if thet are sending me c031).
But my question is should i get any confirmation that they changed my address in their system or should i just rest assured they did without confirmation?

Hi friends,
I was thinking today what if the worst comes and I lose my Advance Parole card when I’m in another country.
Have anyone experienced this? in this case does that mean that we are stuck either in our home country or in another country during whatever the processing time or is there a way to reach out to an American Embassy or USCIS go get new card in the same week?
