I’m still waiting and getting frustrated
it’s been a 127 days since I did my biometrics, and a 165 days since I submitted my paperwork. and 65 days since they told me they received my response to the RFE because my father filed for me when I was 13 years old and I didn’t know that up until last year but they denied it back then because of dna test that he didn’t submit it so my lawyer told me because of my age when he filed I was grandfathered law into the system plus because my spouse is a U.S. citizen we’ve been married 5 years so my case should 1-2 but yet here I am stilling waiting and getting frustrated
So frustrating!!!
Seems am the only one that is not approved yet. Have been cracking my head on how this whole thing works.
My case have been transferred 3 times
Nebraska, Vermont now in Potomac.
Case was transferred to Potomac on the 30th of June, till now nothing. Is approval base on backlog in the beneficiary’s country or when one’s case get transferred it start all over again? I’m lost and frustrated. My heart is broken 😡

Is it a good ideo or bad?
