I-485 Application Update from December 2022
Hello all. I submitted my I-485 on December 28, 2022 but haven’t heard anything from USCIS yet. Just checking to see if anyone has received any decision around this time frame. Also few people has received a case status with case remains pending due to no priority date while mine is still fingerprints received. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Anyone from PD March 2023 had any notice or movement on their case? right after biometrics my case was “actively reviewing” but nothing since then… Still haven’t received EAD or Combo NADA 🥲🫠

my visa has finally been approved.
Guys don't lose hope. I was approved and our age difference was 40 years. We were together for 7 years and were refused in 2018. Today, this kind woman in Islamabad Embassy asked me a few questions and then told me i was approved. Best day in my life

Permanent Resident filing for a spouse (F2A) still waiting for Visa Interview date at Bombay, India 🇮🇳. Anyone still waiting for the same? How long does it take to get the interview date?
Applied for Spouse Visa on Jan 11th 2021. Finally all the supporting documents along with AOS (Affidavit of Support) were Documentarily Qualified by NVC on Jan 13th 2023. NVC emailed that within 60 days, if there is a slot then an interview would be scheduled if not then it’s in the queue. Next email on Mar 13th 2023 with no specific update but it’s still in the queue. On July, I sent a query but no new updates they said it’s being scheduled either on first come first serve basis or on priority basis, and nothing to be done but just wait. It’s been 8 months waiting for an Interview date.
Is anyone in the same boat? Any updates on who is getting interview dates. How long does it take?
Unemployed for three months after as of today
I applied in Dec 2022 and have still not heard back. I suspect that an rfie in June 2023 threw things off track a little bit. I lost my F1 EAD in June and have not been able to get back into the workforce since. I am excited to see everyone getting their EADs but I’m discouraged to see the absence of progress in my own case. I am hopeful that I’ll hear back in the next month or so.
