Muhammad Hammad if you sent the exams before 30th September 2021 it is valid for 4 years so they won’t request a new one.

my pd was 26 July 2020 Eb3 unskilled adjustment of employment base , case was Case Remains Pending , I am working same employer, anyone know about how long I should have to wait? I haven’t get my interview yet? should be my medical should be expired too?

Green Tea I think you are good. My friend sent his exams in January 2021 and when the USCIS requested the new exams this year his attorney answered the RFE with the rule published in August 2021 by the Immigration about the extension for 4 years.

@rock y Hi, the medical examination was sent after the initial request. We waited to receive the mail to send the medical visit. The CRP status was before the i485 was approved. I did not have an interview. I wish you good luck.
