@haj 97 I don't think so honestly. i think they're trying to really find ways to ease up the process. And honestly, i am tired of waiting and counting everyday. I will take that 5 yr card any day... as long i can work am happy. i think the 5yr card is a good deal. Something is better than nothing. If i can work, i will be busy and forget thinking of them.

work permits usually last for 2 years. so it can’t be for 5. it will be for 2, because they expect to have an update on your case before the end of the two years
