#I 485 can someone explain what does this mean. I talked to live agent today and this was her response .
it’s been 1.3 years mannn !
its been 1.3 years that I’m away from my husband and still my I130 is not approved! why is uscis so cruel? its like they are just delaying everything and do not understand what emotion others go through staying apart. it feels like never ending process. can anyone please help me understanding how long they will take more to approve my i130? I’m feeling so hopeless and demotivated. i just feel so lost.

Long way to approve
I tried all my best to makes my case move but even just EAD took almost one year and Advance Parole almost 1,5 years. just found out from congress man my form i-485 been adjudicated but somehow since the visa bulletin is not current so USCIS can’t produce my card. Yesterday I went to federal building at my city cause I have appointment to process my parole since my dad sick. One day before i tried to contact them to expedite my i-485 and they declined it at the first place since my dad isn’t passed away. they said it isn’t the reason for expedite my case. While i talked with the representative at the federal building she told me actually my case is ready and she said she want to write something so i can stay outside the US longer cause with parole only max 40 days. The lady also told me they might give me decission between 3 to 10 days. i tho it was for greencard and I’m so Happy at that time also they put me on “a new permanent resident without card’ list during my visit. Till today i saw on my account my i-131 got approved and that’s it. Ok at least I try even tho it’s still long way to go till I get my green card in hand.

How much time i have until interview?
9 days ago i got notification that :” I 130 got approved and that ,I 485,interview was scheduled” but i havent got interview notice. can anybody tell me ,on average, how long does it take from “interview was scheduled” till getting the notice in mail? im in the middle of moving and really afraid that i will miss the notice somehow…
