mi pd fue 09/23/23 y fui aprobado el 09/29/23 para la i-212. ojalá pronto te aprueben corazón. mi abogado me comunicó que mucho de los perdones los quieren aprobar más pronta para disminuir la espera.

Yo llevo 786 días esperando mi i-212, les llegó a uscis el 3/Sep/21. No sé porqué a gente les aprueban súper rápido y a otros no.

yup waiver I-601 was 6 or 8 months 5 years ago now it’s about 22 months sucks

I hate asylum people that’s why it’s taking longer the waiver because they put away your case so they can help all that people from South America and your case stuck there for months or year till they end up with asylum people sucks I feel bad for them but we have a procces so they have to take care of are cases they can wait..! like I said poor people but they have to get in line behind us you k now what I mean..!!!

I totally understand what you mean!! it’s very unfair. I still have to submit my waiver i601a and according to the times processing is not looking too good for any of us. ITS SO SHITTY THAT PPL are walk into the border with no inspection etc. Yet they are being process and given priority. Meanwhile us are just being shoved in the miscellaneous file as in basically forgetting about the ones doing the process the legal way! I don’t understand why it’s gotta be like that though:( completely sad 😢

well the thing is the I’m in Mexico waiting for the waiver to get aprobé so that’s why it’s so stressful for me and my wife cuz she’s taking care of the kids by her self and uscis dont fucking care about it..! I’ll try expedite my case but they denied the request I have a little girl she’s gonna have a ear surjery y she’s been having problems cus she was primie so but they don’t care sucks

they update my case 3 weeks ago on october 3 2023 las update on CEAC I was happy but nothing happen after that still October 3 let see whathappen this week..!

I got faith by February next year the they can aprobé my waivers I hope so.!

it’s hard buddy I live in Utah 20 years so I miss my family and my town too haha but will see what happen on the next couple months buddy I hope uscis take a decision on my cases by December of this year if not by February for sure..! I’ll be checking everyday..!
