Filed response to RFE for i140 EB1C. it’s 13 th day today no response back. though I have been reading posts of other ppl in. community mostly ppl get responses in a week time if u have filed premium
any one else in similar time line?

pp for EB1C is 45 days turnaround. i got mine approved after 10-15days after RFE response submission. yours should be approved soon too!

No buddy I got a NOID for lack of evidence as my lawyer didn’t submitted detailed paperwork for foreign company. I have responded to the request with additional paperwork which they have revived on Monday but my case status has not changed yet
