conditional green card expiring in 30 days, if i File I-751 today how long before i get a reciept and extension?
My 2 yr conditional green card expires in 30 days, i need an active visa for work. if i file now how long does it take to get the reciept and extension?

I think you were supposed to apply 90 days before.. please read the guidelines

you are fine. once you file it u ahould recieve it in about two weeks. it takes them a few days to process the case and send notifications

@A I why you wait until one month before your visa expires to file, please read the guidelines, hopefully you get a receipt in 2-3 weeks after filing

you’re fine. as long as you have an unrestricted ssn and a valid driver license. employers only need two forms of ID, which ssn and DL cover. you just can’t travel internationally without that notice. usually takes a month top
