mandamus
hello all, I filled mandamus lawsuit 8 months ago, uscis extended it by 2 times 3 months each. they gave me 2 interviews and one rfe. soon the deadline is coming and nothing happens. my lawyer doesn’t know as well what’s going on and we might have to ask the judge to give us an answer. someone had similar situation before? thanks.
Changes in waiting times
Hello everyone! My progress status just changed from "your case is taking longer than expected" to "2 months." Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, did you ever get an adjudication within their updated timeline? Just wondering if this 2months will really be 2months🤦♂️. Getting married and still living a single life only because some government agency is slow is depressing. God help us🙏

My I-130 is still actively being reviewed.

I-485 Case review with no action taken
I asked Emma this morning about the last action taken on my case and the operator said that my case was reviewed on September 8 and September 22, but the last action taken was the biometrics on March 2023. My I-140 (EB1-C) was approved on September 5. Concurrent filed on February 8, 2023 on TSC. Does anyone know what it means that the USCIS agents reviewed the case twice in the last two weeks but didn't take any action or transfer it to a field office?
