fingerprint
hello everyone I’m a little bit confused , I filled 4 i360,485,131,&765 concurrently, I recevd a fingerprint notice 4 360&485, after getting d fingerprint done it was only applied to i485, is there any need to be concerned? do anyone have same experience as regards fingerprint?
Also I got an RFE notice for ‘good moral’ and even before responding to the RFE the fingerprint notice was already in the mail, what sign is that please?

I had my interview and then they asked me for a court disposition
in 2020 I was arrested because I had a court and I ended up not receiving the letter, so the police stopped me and told me that they needed to arrest me to reschedule a court that I hadn't attended, but I explained and they still arrested me and scheduled me again the court and released me a few minutes later, and everything was resolved in court, but on August 21st I had my marriage interview and the consular agent said he had a notice saying that I failed to go to court in 2020 and that he would need the court disposition, and 2 days later a letter arrived asking me for the court disposition, so I sent the court disposition which said that everything was ok and that I didn't owe the court anything, but from the day I sent it until today I didn't have any further response and my lawyer told me that after the interview they only asked for this court disposition document. I can rest assured that it is almost certain that as soon as they analyze this document they should approve my case.

My case is being transferred to Philadelphia field office for oath ceremony schedule due to me moving to Dover, Delaware recently for active duty. How soon can I get the oath ceremony scheduled at Philadelphia field office? Anyone with similar situation?

I’m getting frustrated at this point now
so went on my account at USCIS and I looked under progress for my I-765 and it said the estimated time remaining until your next step is completed is 4 months
it showed when I submitted my paperwork and it said completed and the next step was my biometrics and it said that was completed, so I’m just curious is that timeline accurate are it can change
Vawa - Psychological/ emotional abuse.
Hi community. I have a pending Vawa - Emotional abuse with no Police report. My actual attorney always told me that the mental abuse is even more aggressive than the physical because the immigration know that mental abuse is more hard to prove, is not "simple" as the police report. call from uscis field office
hello everyone, I got an approved Eb2niw I-140 approved a few months ago and got the inteview scheduled at my local Uscis field office in the coming weeks. However this morning I just got a voicemail message from USCIS field office (the phone number looks like it’s a local one) saying that they would like to schedule my interview earlier. They would try to call me back. Is this a legit call, have anyone received direct call like this from uscis before?
