Timeline on RFE
I received RFE on medicals 2 weeks ago, and re-submitted medicals at Houston, TX FO on 10/23/23. Kindly let me know how much time we can expect for a response feedback.

how long did it take to receive your RFE?

I came to know about the RFE via congressman inquiry on 10/13 that USCIS applied RFE on my case on 9/18. Later I had a chat with InfoPass where they scheduled a call to have me speak to a officer which I did not received till date but after a week of InfoPass appt, USCIS mailed me the RFE doc.

The RFE says wait for 60 days and if you not heard from them until then call to the no. they provided. I will start reaching them after 60 days. I will reach the congressmen and even go beyond reaching lawyer since I already done with waiting game.
