hey good morning everyone, my wait time for I130 is coming down every week. At this moment is in 3 weeks mark. got my 1st actively reviewed on Sep 28, do you think 3 weeks is an accurate time or just BS of the system ?? Still didn’t get an RFE for form I485

could be accurate or could not be. did you send your medical to them with initial application? if not, then once they send you an RFE your time might go up 3-6 months. thr waiting game is painful
