@GC ASAP response was sent at the end of July, then retrogression happened, with October bulletin we became a current again, it means 3 months.

when you submit your RFe, was ur case pending?

@JJ Lio it was current, and after two weeks of submitting it case status changed to "Case Remain Pending", from that status case was approved, but in October month our PD was current already, I think USCIS just doesn't update status accordingly with visa bulletin situation

@JJ Lio if you asking this question then you just simply can't read the visa bulletin, go check it again, particularly category EB3(except "Other Workers") final action part, starting of October 1 my PD become current and my case was approved this week
