Help! Expedited request for financial hardship
so my wife is in the us and i’m in the dominican, we sumbitted our i130 on february 2nd, and i’m really concerned about her cuz she used to work full time cuz she had online college, but now she got in person college cuz she graduating in may/june, she was doing financially okay, but now it’s hard cuz she working part time due to school, she also didn’t pay rent before but now she’s gonna move out with her mom & her brother and niece are moving in with her mom cuz they gonna sell the house where they used to live & she gonna have to get a place on her own but there’s no way she can do college, work part time and pay a place by herself so if i was there it’ll be easier cuz i would help her, i have a job offer that as soon as get there and i’m legally able to work im gonna have that job & i have proof of all of that. she also got ptsd from her last high school graduation cuz her mom couldn’t go to her last graduation due to work cuz she had work, so basically she ain’t have nobody to be there for her at the graduation but her cousin, & she wants me to be there for her cuz her mom gotta work always due to financial reasons & she very afraid of that happening again, so i wanna know if that qualifies as Financial hardship and Humanitarian Reasons, we’re very concerned.

Case transfer back from NBC to Nebraska
My follow to join case (I-824) got transferred from Nebraska to NBC. One week later, it got transferred back to Nebraska. This is confirmed as I received two physical notices, both with the same reason - to speed up process.
I tried contact the agent and they said it is common as Nebraska could offload some work to other service center. However, more than a month has passed and nothing happens.
Does anyone experience the same or have any insight?

The process….
It’s extremely hard to understand how the USCIS system works. Like someone submits their paper work and gets approved in 2 months or less but then another person with similar case submits theirs and it takes like 2yrs. I can understand all cases are not the same but Marriage/Fiancé applications for two seperate families shouldnt have that much length in determining the outcome especially when both parties have all paper works submitted and responded to RFE. Something needs to be done to help speed things up. there’s no way you expect people to live in this country for almost 2yrs without being able to work etc especially when you have dependents etc.
