No Decision Yet (Interview was 15 months ago)
It’s been over 15 months after interview and still no decision. The agent verbally approved my case and the next day I only saw I-130 approved but it’s been 15 months now and no news on I-485.
What I’ve been seeing is that the case processing time keeps on increasing each month and so my they always postpone when I’m eligible to call and ask about my case. Processing time used to be 14 months during the time of my interview last year but now it’s 25.5 months.
Is anyone going through the same situation here?? Please I would like to hear from you.

hi guys, my interview was on June 21, it is almost 3 months since interview but no update yet. has someone been like that experience? what is gonna happen ? my lawyer keep saying me be patient. it will be 2 years on September 25 since I filed to USCIS. what can I do now ? thank you all🙏

today I noticed that my I-130 under my progress says 1 week til decision… quite frankly I’m not sure that will be the case.
hopefully I will have good news soon 🙏🏻

Travel Document expedite approved but no decisions yet?
Hello everyone. i had an expedite request aprroved by uscis 2 weeks. haven’t heard from them every since.Anyone know how long it normally take uscis to make a decision on a case after expedite approval?
