@skylar . all VAWA cases get transferred to the Vermont Center, that’s where they get adjudicated. I hope this helps.

I wouldn’t say there’s a reason, the notice will say something like: we’re transferring your case to speed up the process. just know this is pretty normal for all vawa cases now. I got the notice in 10 days since he case was transferred.

@heavy G m sure i360,485,131 and 765 were delivered 8/10/23 In Nebaraska Center all the receipt notices were issued 9/30/23 received them in 2 weeks i360 and 485 were transfered to Vermont Center 10/26/23 I’m not sure if my attorney received the receipt notices for the transfer. I hope I answered your question
