Waived Interview

Good afternoon everyone. I chatted with a live agent today. She told me that my interview got waived. I haven't send my medicals yet. Would I be approved after sending my medicals? Should I start to look for a civil surgeon and keep the results with me to send when they request or should I wait for the request?

mine was transferred electronically to LVFO last July 12, till now I don’t have update.

Looking for some information on applying for the I765 9 months after applying for my I485 GC. I assume I have to pay since I didn’t file together. but just wondering if i still get that option 9 months later or not.

Hi all, Didn‘t think I could make this post so soon but here it is: Just got the update that my I-485 was approved!! Submitted everything concurrently in February, no I-140 premium processing. I-485 approval took around 3 months after I-140 was approved. My field office was San Juan (detailed timeline below). I hope y‘all get approved very soon and best of luck for the upcoming visa bulletin!

Today, I received a notification on Lawfully that there was an update to my i130, that they are actively reviewing my case. I logged on, but there were no new documents added. My husband also received an email from USCIS about our i765 expedite request and they said, "We received your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of action shortly." Please if a Lpr petitions for her daughter and the case was approved as f2a but the child is over 21 years and the mother upgrades to citizen will NVC work on the case as ir2???

Responding to RFE online

we have a RFE on i485 for birth certificate. if we respond online, should I upload RFE notice, cover letter and the birth certificate in a single pdf document? (like how we would have mailed it in)

If your case get refuse by your country consulate at time of interview what are options you may have. any advise or if someone is going thru this as well. our case just got denied at interview because of age diierence

i really want to go home for christmas/ leave the US since i havent been home since last july. thing is, i know uscis rarely review the i-131s so im not sure its even worth the hassle of applying (prepping forms, paying for passport photos, paying to mail it etc)…. thoughts? really hoping my i-485 might be approved soon, status updated to under active review on july 26th
