lost receipts for I- 485 and I-765 and biometric receipts
Hi- my husband and recently sent the forms and within a week we received receipts notice for for I-130 and I-131 but the other two forms we haven’t received them. it’s been 2 months and 3 weeks since we sent them. I was scheduled for biometrics appointment on September 8th but that too havnt arrived. I have requested for a new one and even emailed lockbox but still havnt heard anything from them.

yes I did but I only received receipts numbers via text message

Tha Biz- I don’t have access code for the online account. can I do that with just receipts number ?

@penny sam I didn’t receive a receipt for my I-765 either. I had to call USCIS twice and luckily the second immigration officer was nice enough to put in an request for the missing document. I received an email today from USCIS saying it wasn’t properly scanned and their going to start looking at it again prioritizing the PD date and send me a receipt notice. best advise is to call them. Lockbox never replied to me either
