I can’t believe this! I’ve seen many I-130 counselar process cases get approved before adjust status cases. I don’t know how USCIS works, but in this situation I think it needs to be on the opposite.
My I-130 case is in Nebraska and I’m still waiting for my approvals, I hope come as soon as fastest, because sometimes I’m losing my head and getting nervous.

@Diego Carmona even if their i130 gets approved they still have to go through nvc for another long wait so they don't really get through before people that are here the hold thing is crazy for both side

Por qué dices eso?? el proceso consular en muchos países demora 1 año, sin embargo el ajuste de estatus demora mucho menos, no se puede ser egoísta en la vida😏😶diosito está allá arriba y ve todas esas cosas. Tu anuncio debería decir que no es justo para ningún esposo de ciudadano, dentro o fuera del país, esperar tanto😊buena suerte

@Lili P no lo digo solo por mi, también hay muchos que tienen ajuste y se demoran, obviamente debe ser justo para todos, pero los casos siguen aglomerados y los tiempos son extensos

@F B I know how it works. I’m just saying my opinion about it’s not fair for every I-130 applicants who are inside the country and they are waiting forever for an approval, but when I’ve seen people does counselar process got approval before people who are inside in US and has their forms more than a year in USCIS offices. It’s needs to be fair for both sides and everybody can be comfortable about USCIS processing times
