My progress tag since May it said taking longer
Since May my progress tag said taking longer, this week i saw 2 months, when i check today i saw 5 weeks. Any idea when i will be approved?? My i765 . guys please share your experience and words of encouragement. my abuser did it to me again last night . insulted me infront of my kids bcos i was begging him to pay my phone bill. He said he will have to eat my apple pie first . Under no circumstances i will agree to the husband i have been with for 7 years and we have a daughter treating me like prostitute . I am wait for the ead to get approved . i am exhausted 😭😭😭😭😭i feel horrible. i have to come to mcdonald's and sit in the packing area to access internet😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Confusing I-130 Approval while pending concurrent I-485 (F2A)
Hello, I received my I-130 approval in the mail earlier today. It states the following:
""The above petition has been approved. However, you did not indicate on the petition whether the beneficiary intends to apply for an immigrant visa abroad at a U.S. Embassy or a U.S. Consulate or will apply for adjustment of status in the United States. Therefore, USCIS has retained the petition. If the beneficiary intends to apply for adjustment of status in the United States, they should submit a copy of this notice, along with a Form 1-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status."
The thing is, I confirmed in my I-130 application that I specified that I am applying for AOS while in the USA. I also submitted I-130 concurrently with I-485. Is this a mistake on USCIS end or is this a generic response? I'm just not sure if I need to do anything further.
I am married to a US green card holder. My priority date is Aug 2022 so I am aware that I am a few years off the current F2A date in the visa bulletin and not expecting a I-485 approval anytime soon. #i130 #i485 #approval #uscis #aos

does NBC schedule an interview?
Hello, I filed Form I-751 individually at the California Service Center due to my divorce. After responding to the Request for Evidence (RFE), my case was transferred to another USCIS office on September 18, 2023. This new office now has jurisdiction over my case. The transfer notice indicated that it was done to expedite the process, and my case is currently at the National Benefits Center (NBC).
I would appreciate any assistance in determining whether they will schedule me for an interview.
