December 12, 2022 and they still do not approve it nor do they say that it is being reviewed by Uscis, the processing center is in California, I made a request for my husband and I am a citizen

my service center was NBC then when i spoke to a live agent on call they told me my case has been sent to san antonio field office .. on febuary 9 .. till
now no update nothing .. its frustating
