my file is there in Salt Lake City office. It is the slowest office in America. Did you get RFE, and when?

@Sam Ezzi nope, I have not gotten any RFE not even an interview and it’s been 2 years since we filed .

me too, we filed for over 2 years now. but I got RFE on April and I responded, but still nothing since then.

@Sam Ezzi what was your RFE for? I sent my medical with my initial filing and because they dragged their feet my Medical has now expired

initially, I submitted the medical exam with application and they sent RFE that was the medical again.

We filed 2 years and 4 months ago and I’m still here waiting ☹️ my work permit is about to expire

I had an interview in May 2022 and after that no updates, the first months after that were heartbreaking ☹️, because I thought I was going to hear back soon, but that wasn’t the case and I’m still waiting

finally just got an approval without interview

@Robyn B congratulations 🎉 how long did it take? and did your approval come from the SLC FO?

@jet blue Thank you! my PD is January 30, 2021. I received my i30 approval in June and the i485 November 18th. The notice came from NBC.

@Robyn B did you submit your medicals at the same time or wait for the RFE. I submitted mine at the same time but because they have dragged their feet with my case my medicals have now expired. I'm so tired of this my case has gone from Missouri, to Texas, to NBC to the Chicago FO and now the SLC FO

@jet blue yes mine was submitted up front. Did you use a lawyer?

@Robyn B no we did not use an attorney. So you submitted your medical at the same time and they didn't request another one? Mine expired in October and now I'm sure they're going to insist I send another one.

@Robyn B It was dated October 2021 so it's past the two year mark already
