Premium processing: how long does it take to switch to it
Hi everyone, I would appreciate if you could share your experience about a few questions:
1) Does the case status changes on USCIS website when premium processing is applied to it?
2) How long does it take to apply premium processing after I-907 submitted?
3) Is there a way to check was I-907 submitted at all?
I transferred the government fee for premium processing to my attorney 1.5 month ago, they told they submitted it two times but “probably USCIS lost it the first time“ and for the second one we need to wait a few weeks more until USCIS processes them.

I submitted my documents with premium processing and they gave decisin back in 2 days

I used PP for my I-140 and Stem-OPT cases. Once I submitted the I-907 form, they sent me notice and updated my status on the website after mostly one week. Im not familliar with NIW situation though. I think you should wait now according to your lawyer. also there is no harm to get second opinions from other lawyers
