will my I-140 be denied
Hi friends. I see a couple of observations in my friend's I-140 receipt notice, and I just wanted to know if you have any advice for me. First is that premium processing for eb2-niw was filed, and USCIS sent receipt notice that specified a 45-day timeline, and secondly, it seems that the case was also misclassified by USCIS as the employment category they specified on the receipt notice is E21 (advanced degree professional not seeking niw). This is not the category my friend applied for. what should he do?

@Joseph Adesiyan I'd just wait, they can probably adjust category in their system while reviewing the case.

@N F I appreciate your response. Plus the case was routed through IOE (electronic center) which has been up to no good for any applicant so far. My worries are just much, but
I'm going to wait.
