Poll Results (Waiting time after submitting RFE)
Few days ago, I created a poll to get insights on the waiting time until decision after RFE was received by USCIS. 52 Folks voted. Below are the results:
1-5 days = 15%
5-10 days = 15%
10-30 days = 10%
30-60 days = 8%
More than 60 days = 52%
It means that around 50% of the cases are processed within 2 months. Perhaps I would need to create another poll for the folks whose priority date is current only. #EB2NIW #I485 #i693 #approval
F4 derivate child, now CR1
my wife’s name was included in her parent’s file F4 petition but because my wife had aged on their F4. But this year, we were married and we have interview in December. If Officer ask her “have you applied to US VISA before” or anything similar questions, does she has to mention it that yes we had filed? do we have to show any documentation?
No Interview 456 Days Later finally approved 🇹🇹
No RFE’s, No interview. Thank you God thank you to the lawfully community. My last post I shared on the importance of grounding yourself and finding back your peace because this process will test all of your strengths and your weakness. I got so much help from viewing these posts I tried everything and then some and thankfully it all worked out in the end. I let go and I let God. I am here to answer anything I can help with and I remind you all to not get lost in the time it takes there is alot of good advice being shared on here. feel free to ask me anything regarding the change in status process.

Finally!!!
I was reading those “finally” posts and were always thinking if there would be a time I will be posting it. Well, life is long! It ultimately gives you whatever you are chasing for. After the last 10+ years of immigration journey, I feel completely “blank” right now. It’s like “well, that’s it? What is next?”
Of course I am happy, I wish the same result for everyone here. But I suddenly realized it is the journey which is the most exciting! The shortest but meaningful advise from my heart — enjoy your challenges, my long time fellas!!!
I share my timeline below. I think I can freely delete my USCIS case status account with about 20 cases listed so far :)
Live happy!
