WILL USCIS ACCEPT JUST MY EVALUATED ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPTS AS PROOF OF DEGREE?
I just got an RFE from USCIS for proof of academic records for bachelors and 5 years post-graduation work experience. Unfortunately, my University can only provide my academic transcript stating award of degree as the school Senate needs to sit to sign certificates. I have evaluated the transcript. Will USCIS accept just this or not?
crossings checkpoints with approved I-485 but physical card is coming till next week
I got approved for my I-485, permanent residence a few days ago but my physical card comes in next week, my husband and I want to go to San Antonio this weekend aka cross the falfurrias checkpoint, would I need my physical resident card to go through or would having the approval notice on my phone suffice if need be?? I have my marriage license scanned and all receipt notices, what do yall advise?
