can I work for a company base on my home country
let’s say I work on customer service for the this company located in My Home Country
and they pay me to a bank account from my home country
its that working without authorization?

No in my opinion, that’s more like you are working remotely in your country

no. you won’t be earning money in the US if they are paying you in a bank in your home country. you shouldn’t have a problem
