My amazing man got his EAD approved less than 24 hours after biometrics and 27 days after we submitted 🖤 Those of you doing adjustment of status that submitted pretty recently, they are processing EADs very fast as of late. Good luck everyone on your processes!

Hey all,
I got the email notification yesterday morning for my 765 approval.
and Again this morning i got 6 email notifications saying “we have taken an action on your case”. But couldn’t see any update on the tracker. what does today’s notification mean. Anyone has any idea or does anyone had this kind of situation.

Hey guys.
So I got 2 emails about an action taken on my case this morning around 8:30am and I should sign in, but I haven’t seen anything. Then while typing this message I got another email with the same thing. Anxiety killing me! 😂 can’t they just show me already what action they took!! lol

health insurance
After obtaining social security card, what kind of health insurance are you allowed to get? Not sure if Medicaid is allowed with there being a 5 year bar for some people. I’m not sure if that applies to me. just trying to get health insurance coverage and want to make sure I do the right thing. any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
K1-Visa and I-130 Question

Hope someone can shed some light on this matter. All the info I found online is not decisive
So I have an approved K1 Visa and currenly my wife (she was my fiancee when we filed the I-129F almost 2 years ago) is waiting for an interview schedule.
Also she has a pending I-130 IR1 for now 10 months
My question so when we get to the point to complete the DS-160 there is a question if she has any pending petition and the answer is YES will the embassy still give her the K1 Visa or will they reject the visa because she has a pending immigration I-130 petition
Did anyone run into something like that.
Should I give up on the K1 Visa or not

Stigma of being undocumented while waiting for Work permit
I left my abusive husband and came to the shelter for help . according to them , staying period here is 45 days . yesterday, the housing advocate came knocking at my door, i opened the door she asked are you ....... i answered yes i am Xxxxx. instead this advocate taking me into a private room to ask me all questions, first thing she stood right in the hallway asking about my immigration status and asking me about my income. she knows other victims are here in their rooms listening because she talks very loud . Ooh my gushhhhh, i was uncomfortable, angry and i didn't know what to do . she told me i was not qualified for housing because i have no income which i agreed 100% . But for some respect sake , ask me in a private place. yesterday doing lunch while we all having lunch in the lunchroom , other women who heard her started to look at me like i did something. i am still not over it. i felt very bad .
Maybe i am over thinking, i want to ask if the advocate was professional.
