WAIT TIME FOR EAD or i485
I am not sure what to say, I am adjusting my status from J1- student visa that I overstayed thru marriage with us citizen, I don't know anyone who is waiting like me, it would be nice to hear from someone who went or it's going thru same situation, thoughts, advices. Thank you

I’m still waiting for my responses. On my I-485 I got to send a RFE for income taxes on March 15th. On my I-130 I got that my case is taking longer than expected to process on October 5th.
Does somebody is on the same situation as me?I’m still believing that everything it’s gonna come as fast as possible. I know this is hard and frustrating to keep it, but the thing that I know is never let your dreams on the air, you put a lot of sacrifice to get your achievements. I’m doing this for me, my future, and especially my husband. Good Luck everyone

Taking longer than expected to 5 months???
A few weeks ago, I had looked into my Case and it showed 4 weeks, I followed it with so much anticipation, for it to move to 1 week, then it's taking longer than expected, and 2 weeks later it turns in tor 5 months..... You could feel the anxiety and the disappointment when seeing this.
Followed by watching in the news all these illegals, both criminal and terrorists being allowed into our country with no problem...
Did anyone else experience this? Any advice??? I cannot take it anymore and it's taxing our relationship to the max. She lives in Manila and I live in Colorado. I cannot visit her often due to my Vacation Hours, Money is no issue... Taking time off is a big issue

i131 Denied
I have filed second time my case(i485,i130,i131 & i765) back in Feb 2022 after initial Denial in Jan 2022 due to the reason that I did not provide previous year Tax return.
currently my second time filed i485, i765 and i130 are being actively reviewed and I received notification today that my i131 has been denied mentioning below reason
“You have not established that you filed a Form I-485 under section 245 of the Immigration and Nationality Act”
looks like a clear error from USCIS since I already have i485 pending, my lawyer mentioned not do anything since my other application are pending and no decision has been made on them.
