I have created an online account in the USCIS about two months ago but they have not sent the online access code. my question is what can I do to get my online access code?

I got mine right away for the beneficiary but the petitioners account access only came 6 months after filing. it made no sense. there was a bunch of us like that

you can call USCIS… talk to an officer. or you can contact Emma and ask for a live agent. just keep hastling them.
