Traveling with AP card (pending I-485)
Hi everyone, I’ll be traveling to my home country Nepal this Friday, and will be there for a month. I have my AP card, however my I-485 is still pending. If anyone has any experience of travelling with an AP card please comment on your experience. Also, please do tell the kind of documents I need to bring with me in order to be prepared. Thankyou

I have a question and hope to get orientation from you all. I'm using asset to meet the minimum income requeriment for I-864 (AOS).
What happen if I sell that asset (real state property) and buy another one while waiting for NVC and interview?

Hi everyone!totally unrelated but I thought to share. I became a residence 6 month ago, a friend wants me to sign NOID ref letter, I’m kinda skeptical, do y’all think it’s too soon for me to do that? or it doesn’t matter?

Can I join the Military with 48-month extension letter on my expired 2-year green card?
Hello, my conditional green card expired and I just got my 48-month extension letter. I know green card holders can join the military even if it’s conditional. I want to know if the 48-month extension is also valid and can be used to join the military and get expedited citizenship.
