how to upgrade EB category

I am Documentarily qualified and waiting consulate interview for EB3. Now I have a EB2 petition approved. how can I upgrade from EB3 to EB2 after being DQ? request info if anyone knows. thanks

yes talk with your lawyer because if it's a perm eb-2 you should have ask to port your Eb-3 PD to your EB-2. speak with your attorney.
