I am not current as well and my status changed to Case remains pending. I am not sure what to make of status of change. I have submitted medicals with 485 applications.

still haven’t received my RFE notice. Lawyer wants me to wait, is this common. Status suggest to submit an e request if not received by Dec’2nd. Informed lawyers but haven’t heard anything back.
