i-129F and i-130
Hello!
Has anyone in Nevraska Service Center applied for the K-3 Visa to speed up their i-130 process? if so, what has been your experience?

I just got approved last week at Nebraska and maybe by some chance the I-129F helped. My PD was 2/13/23 and got approved 11/17/23. I didn't file my k3 until about 3 months after the I-130. The processing time for I-129F on the website is currently 5 months. it took mine 5.5 months so close, but I know other people's I-130s who also filed I-129F have gotten approved much faster.

@Henny T my pd is 7/24/23. I was at Nebraska. shortly after filing k3 pd sept 12, I checked with Emma and was told both 130 and k3 moved to Potomac. Oct 22 the k3 moved to texas. i130 still in Potomac. I took the risk of the k3 causing case to go to new processing center. considering Nebraska is shortest time as is I’m not sure It helped the case. Now still waiting.

@B Palmer perfect thank you for sharing! how did you hear about the others who were approved much faster than 5,5 months using the i-129F?

@Henny T on visajourney.com people post their timelines and you can kind of tell by the dates or sometimes I just outright asked
