case expedite due war in Palestine

I have I 130 since March 2023 for sponsor my wife from the West Bank Palestine, due the war and the unsafe situation is there any way to expedite my case. ,case still in USCIS process and I’m a US citizen. thank you very much

anyone have any experience with a I-212 waiver?

my wife’s I-130 was denied because she was deported and we are currently waiting for her waiver of inadmisibility to go through. we submitted it in February 2023 and have not heard anything new. her 5 year ban is over as of October 2023, do we still need the waiver? embassy hasn’t told us anything.
