I need help
Good evening everyone!
my i485 has been pending since 2021
is taking longer than expected. I’ve already given them everything they asked for. Anytime i live chat or call them they keep telling me my case is processing normally. im frustrated and is mentally draining me.
what should i do now?

We both are in the same boat. I reached out to my Congressman and Obusuman office and also put in an inquire. They responded saying my case is now being reviewed by an officer.

@John Richards i also take the help of congressman but its almost 2 weeks i talked to them but still waiting for there reply can you please tell me in hoe many days congressman reply to you after knowing from uscis about case

@Nav sandhu Unfortunately I didn’t get a response from my congressman. Instead, USCIS reached out in an email saying my case is now being reviewed by an officer.
Before then, we have called multiple times and they said six months. later they said three months. and then another three months. We were just not having it anymore and decided to hit all the necessary offices.
Hopefully, we can get a closure by the end of this month or early next month. If not, we are suing them first week in January 2024.
