USCIS Receipt for Petitioner
Hi,
I saw, I (the petitioner) will be receiving something in the mail from USCIS today, it looks like a 797 receipt and I can see it’s only one page. I thought it’s strange so I wanted to ask if anyone knows why a petitioner could receive something instead of the beneficiary. My dad received all 797 receipts back in March 2023 when we filled.
I am concurrently filing for my dad the I-130 and I-485 along with the I-765 which was approved back in April, the I-131 which has been “taking longer than expected”, the I-130 which went from “taking longer than expected” to 2 Months today under my dad’s account and the I-485 still shows the first “case is being reviewed by USCIS”
Has any other petitioner gone through something similar or know what this receipt could be?

please i need help....i summited my rfe for medical since febuary 13th but unfortuntaly i got arrested around may for DWI but the judge dismiss the case the judge just ask me to pay fine which i did immeditaly but on Sep Uscis request for the dismiss cerificate from court which i went to judge and get it and i sent it to Uscis since Sep 13th since then i didnt heard anythimg from them please can i resend another one or i should wait for them to respond am scared now....please what i can do my good peoples...

when you click on your case there has % of days approve or request evidence or interview.
% and days always change everyweek
is it affect on my case?
is this mean that they are working on my case?
