@jazzy khan my timeline uscis responded 9/09/23, NVC letter/email sent 10/24/23. On 11/12/23 I sent an inquiry to my fiancé embassy, we received k1 scheduling info packet from his embassy. Now his ds-160 is paid but no available interview date. The BIG issue is the I-797 expires on 01/04/24!!!!! I hope this helps you a little bit.
