@Naija E We filed the same date and are still waiting. I see cases that was submitted in October this year getting approved at a ridiculous rate. USCIS obviously has no system or process that they are following.

to be honest your case is out of processing time. tell your husband to involve his congressman and Senator for this matter and as well be calling USCIS. better still you guys should file I-129f it will assist the case for fast approval. is free

Potomac is a joke. we’re the same however ours is August. wondering how cases that were filed much later are leaving us in the que, with uncertainty and questions

My husband (Canadian) and I filed in May 2022 at Potomac as well and we’ve heard nothing. It’s insulting and infuriating that people who applied after us are getting approved left and right while we’re left in the dust.

mine is April 2022 still waiting.. my wife is from texas I'm a Nigerian but base in italy , anyway we got married here I'm tired of waiting if not possible they should give us a feedback than wasting effort and time on their visa

I’m sad like really sad. we need to start expanding our family. if my husband is in the us and i abroad how is that going to work?? I hope they come through for us soon. pls keep me posted.

Dear sister @Naija E you don't have to be down, just do this three things i told about 1. your husband should contact his congressman 2. contact the senator 3. file for k3 then 4 he can intentionally submit an expedite. 5 let him keep calling the USCIS customer service to disturb them about this matter. thanks and I wish you luck sis.
