request for initial document was sent.
hi everyone, I went for my combo interview without my spouse. I passed the n400 civil test. for the i751, the officer said he need more proof that I have been living with my spouse and still married so they asked for me to send them more documents. I couldn’t upload them online because the files were giving to much errors so I opted to mail them the joint insurances and things we have together. usps says it was delivered Nov 8th. it’s been 20days now and I haven’t gotten an update if uscis received it or not. I am a bit worried as I have tried to reach out to them and all to no avail.
my case online has been showing request for initial document was sent and hasn’t changed since my interview.
What can I do in this situation?

I applied in March, did my interview in move 2nd.

talk to Emma and get access to live agent. i know for fact when USCIS receive your documents they will update immediately. please do your follow up.
