Aqui voy otra vez, al principio mi caso decia que estaba tomando más tiempo de lo normal, luego decia que faltaban 2 meses para la decisión, ayer revise y dice que faltan 4 semanas.. Alguien ha tenido una buena experiencia con esto? Ha alguien se le ha hecho realidad lo que dice el caso en linea? O no debo confiar eso, en septiembre cumplimos un año esperando😭

does USCIS send duplicate messages about the same thing, days apart?
Received email and text about RFIE for 485 on Thursday then the same text message and email Sunday but no indication of which application it’s for… when I login to my account there’s no changes since Thursday where I see I have an RFIE under 485. I still cant see the notice for the first RFIE but at least i have an idea of what it is. did this happen to anyone else?
still waiting my field office is Oakland park
my case has been transferred to my local field office since June and still nothing as yet 🙏🏽 Lord Jesus please intervene.

My husband is a permanent resident of USA and he has applied i130 visa for me in May 15th 2023 I do not see any update on the USCIS portal does any one know how much long will it take ? Because stay away from him for such a longer time really hurts me #i130 #Help Needed
