my mom’s GC appl is still in “notice received” can she stay longer than 6 months on tourist visa?

is there another visa that my mom will need while her GC is in progress? or what happens if she leaves the country while her GC is in progress?

Hey guys. my lawyer filed my VAWA Oct 2022. however I did my Ead renewal by myself and got my receipt number. Today I see that I have another incoming mail from Vermont service center. what could it be and why didn’t they sent it to my attorney?

Hi Everyone I was filling for form N-400 but then only I got to know about this that I have to sign up for selective service system as I was not in US during 18-24 was doing college in other country. I am 29 and I didn’t sign up for it. What do I have to do in filing up my form N-400. thanks
