My last update in December 10 , 2025 was that USCIS received my correspondence and is reviewing it. Hopefully I’m close 🙏 I’ll keep you posted

@Martin Castro I have the same update since July 2024, VAWA submitted in Feb 2022, and no movement after latest update.

I hope you get an update soon 🙏 I know how stressful the wait can be. Do you have the same message about USCIS reviewing your case like the one I got in December?

I think if you are a man, they are doing more scrutiny on vawa.

You should be close to receiving a decision on your case if you have not received any decision by the 50month mark you may want to submit an inquiry with USCIS.
