Hello famz. I got denial earlier this year and I hired a new attorney to help with the process she started all over again and used her office for the address to be received. but I got home and saw a mail from USCIS stating I should appear in court for removal proceedings and why I should not be removed. now I’m so shivering don’t know the outcome or has anyone gone through this before. please advise me on what to do. my attorneys office is locked till Monday can’t reach her. thanks guys!!! 😔

Medical RFE Received……. But Still Waiting for Approval?

I submitted my medical RFE and it’s been over 60 days since USCIS received it, but I still haven’t received a decision. Is anyone else in a similar situation? Would appreciate hearing your experience.

Update : interview for both I751 and n400 is finally scheduled for next month. ( haven’t received the mail yet, but I could see it from the documents online) I751 submitted on August 7 2023 N400 submitted on August 6 2024 That was really a long process of waiting and I’m very thankful right now to finally wake up on this. To those who are still waiting and feels like it’s taking forever; it will come and it’s just a matter of time .. best of luck to everyone 💚✌🏽 Field office: NYC

my case was approved on May 8 2025, I already have my Green card in hand, surprisingly I got a notification from lawfully yesterday, I checked and it stated my case have being scheduled for interview

Hope seems to be lost. So exhausted of the process and no results. PD. Feb 01/24 almost 17 month, no interview schedule a smooth process that now it seems stops. 2 times actively reviewing since Jan 13. and nothing happens any advice?

Hello, My I-485 application was recently rejected due to an issue with the filing fee, ( I paid i-485 =1440, I-131 = 630, I-765 =520) I am preparing to refile and plan to submit Form I-485, Form I-131 (Advance Parole), and Form I-765 (Employment Authorization) together. Could someone please confirm the correct and current USCIS filing fees for these forms as of this year? If anyone has successfully filed a similar package recently, I’d appreciate any guidance or tips you can share. Thank you so much in advance for your help!
