I-290B approved
How long will it take for I-130 and I-485 to receive any updates following the approval of I-290B? my I-130 showing case was reopened today. My I-290B, which I submitted on March 13, 2026, was approved. Please let me know if anyone else is in similar situations.

did the I-290B stated approved or case receive but your I-130 and I-485 stated reopen ! my son case is reopen after submitting the I-290b but the status of the I-290b is still stated case received

@Thompson Thompson it was showing review was completed and decision issue then after it was showing i-130 case reopened

@a when was the 290b submitted and what was the reason for denial? My 485 got denied as my lawyer missed adding non availability of birth certificate that I had provided to them. Now they are filing i290b. I want to know what kind of timeline should i expect for my case. My ead will become invalid and my employment will be paused because of this silly goof up. Would love to learn from anyone who has gone through a similar situation. #485 #290b
