@June 2022 yes my vawa approved and my first hearing was master and now I have individual hearing ( adjustment of status )

but are doing adjustments of Status in court, in the individual hearing? i would like to know I’m in the same situation I have individual hearing may 1 my vawa still not approved 🥲i tried to terminate my case after applying vawa, but the aggree to close court but later there reinstated court dates again. where do you live ? I live in New York..

@June 2022 I’m so sorry to hear that but my court is May-19 which is after you ! who is ur judge do you know ? at least at New York judges there are better than where I am. don’t think negative, it’s gonna be okay I promise ! do you think u have a strong case ?

are you going to do adjustments of status in court? does the judge will approve your green card in court? that would be very nice. it is taking too through uscis…

i have good news my individual hearing was canceled and my court it was administrative close. so finally i think i’ll be sending the i-485 soon🙏🏼 my Vawa still pending…
